I’m also happy to work on commissions. The sooner you get in touch, the better. Bear in mind that there’s a few steps to this: consultation, draft, review, drawing, printing, posting and corona delays.

Fulfilment and Delivery.
Deciphering the supplier’s ETAs is pretty mad right now so let me break it down for y’all…
Print On Demand.
All print-on-demand products take the supplier 2-5 working days to fulfil (i.e: print, make, pack, do a little dance, kiss it softly on the forehead and bid it adieu, etc...)
THEN standard delivery on top is 3-4 working days.
SO usual delivery is:
5-9 working days
BUT with this little COVID-19 prick that’s hanging about, please be prepared for another 9 working days on top of that (I know. Eye roll).
SO if you’ve got a deadline in mind, total delivery time from placing your order to getting it through your door COULD be:
14 - 18 working days
So just be prepared, alright? Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Stock Items.
Some stuff you won’t have to wait that long on because I have it on tap.
Stock items have NO fulfilment time and are delivered by the ROYAL Mail service at their standard rates. If you need a super fast delivery, let me know.
Shipping Costs.
Shipping has gone back to being a separate thing so I can now offer UK Standard and Next Day, plus I am also now shipping internationally. It is a flat rate per order, so if you order multiples, your shipping will be combined and added at the checkout.
You’re also more than welcome to pick up for free. I can also do local bike drop offs to Dartfordians in DA1.
UK Shipping.
UK Standard (2-3 working days) - £3.15 per order
UK Guaranteed Next Day (by 1pm next working day) - £8.80 per order
International Standard Shipping.
Europe (3-5 working days) - £8.50 per order
World Zone 1 (6-7 working days) - £12.00 per order
World Zone 2 (6-7 working days) - £14.00 per order
USA (6-7 working days) - £16.00 per order
Terms of service.
All orders placed on emmietwee.com come directly through me, Emmie Twee. Products are then made to order through Printful - an external production house - and all production and dispatching happens there.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from yo@emmietwee.com. You will receive another email notification once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. And, should you need a refund, this will also be confirmed to you in an email.
If you have any issues at all with your order or the quality of products you receive, get in touch with me straight away and I will sort that shit out for you. Printful will foot the bill here.
NOTE: If you just want a refund because you changed your mind or need to exchange, Printful won’t process it, unfortunately, so DO NOT return your item to their address. See returns policy below.
Returns policy.
Before you return any items, please contact me ASAP at yo@emmietwee.com.
If you change your mind on the thing(s) you bought and it is in a good and unused condition, I am happy to refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
Any commissions or customised products cannot be returned (obvz).
DO NOT send returned items to the Printful address as they do not accept standard returns. Returns and refunds will come directly through me, Emmie Twee. Physical returns need to come back to me directly for resale so please get in touch ASAP if you would like a refund or exchange.
Return postage and service is down to you, the customer, unless I completely ballsed it up or something.
